Part 1: Heart Rhythm Meditation

The beginning of this model focuses primarily on building the foundations of Heart Rhythm Meditation Method. Heart Rhythm Meditation by enhancing the coherence of our physical body, we enhance the coherence of our entire integrated self.

Learn the science of the effect of breath rhythms on HRV and the Central Nervous System
Use external and internal respiration to affect the pH of your blood stream
Expand the “vital capacity” of your lungs and increase energy.
Develop internal concentration through the alignment of the different rhythms of breath and heart.
Extend the rhythm of breath and heart rate into daily life for greater harmony with others.
Establish a daily meditation practice that calls to you

Part 2: The Universal Elements of Energy

The second course introduces the ancient system of the four kinds of energy in the world: earth, water, fire and air, and relates these energies to the four phases of matter, the four primary colors of vibration, and the four temperaments. You will examine your inner landscape through meditation practice to better understand your desires, intentions and ideals, and how to better direct and spend your energies. Any given challenge in life needs one of the elemental energies and here you will learn how to activate those energies that you rarely use

Different energies reveal your hidden, inner potentials that give you new ways to respond to challenges.
