Join an Online or Local HRM Meditation Class

Refresh and become inspired with Breath & Heart practice, Elements, Dimensions and occasional sound practices.

For: Newcomers to Heart Rhythm Meditation as well as experienced meditators are all welcome. All sessions are free.

When: Each Sunday morning, 8:00 a.m. Pacific, by phone. 

Format: 8-10 minutes of group sharing and what we want to bring into the meditation, 30 minute meditation, 5-10 minutes of closing discussion.  Please join us! Occasional guest leaders welcome to facilitate. 

Robin Kalimi Carpenter has been practicing Heart Rhythm Meditation since 2002. She is an iamHeart Teacher, Mentor, Retreat Guide, and Hurqalya Heart Energy Healer. She was a successful health insurance broker for businesses for 36 years, is the mother of two adult children, and lives with her husband, two dogs, and a stray cat in Bakersfield, CA. Her other volunteer activities include being a docent at the Nature Center at Hart Park, and teaching Breath & Heart classes for Happy Whole You Wellness Center downtown.

Dr. Qahira, who lives in Taiwan, offers step-by-step, immersive Heart-Rhythm Meditation classes in Chinese.

Weekly Heart Rhythm Meditation Class with an emphasis on applying meditation to everyday life.

Format: 10-15 minutes of group chat, followed by 35-40 minutes of meditation and closing with 5 minutes discussing the experience. Please keep your camera on for the first 5 meetings.

When: Most Tuesdays (weekly) at 5 p.m. PT

About: Robin Goldberg, DMD is a mother, partner, dentist and meditation teacher in Connecticut, US.

Her dental patients enjoy the gentle, calm energy created by her meditation practice, and her meditation students and mentees enjoy the confident hospitality she developed through her dental career.

With her background in co-counseling, she is particularly interested in the effects of large societal influences on our individual journeys in life. She’s a self-taught painter, player of guitar and mandolin, and improv comedy. Salaam found iamHeart by studying Howard Glasser’s books on ‘Transforming the Difficult Child’ which taught her a lot about handling her own intensity. Don’t adjust your screen, she does currently have purple hair.
