HRM (Heart Rhythm Meditation) is based on a universal wisdom tradition and integrates it with scientific insights of our time. HRM is a breath method guided by the heartbeat, synchronizing breathing, circulation, and the nervous system—aligning body, mind, and heart in a unified rhythm. This brings the heart and its feelings to life, and even emotions from childhood and youth may surface.
All life is rhythm. Living in one’s own rhythm is essential for a creative, fulfilling, and happy life. When we fall “out of rhythm,” we can easily become victims of life’s circumstances. Do you know your rhythm?

HRM provides the heart with new energy and strength. This energy is essential for healing old and current heart wounds and for enhancing well-being and health.
Unlike meditation methods that strive to reach higher spiritual planes by disconnecting from the earthly plane, HRM embraces and views the entire spectrum of human experience in a positive light, bringing the body along on the journey of transformation. Heart Rhythm Meditation is not intended as an escape from problems but rather aims to help people find meaning in their lives out of their own richness and to take responsibility for themselves.
HRM integrates body, mind, and heart, aiming to create a harmonious and balanced personality. This results in harmony within oneself and in one’s relationships with others. It is a transformative process toward one’s inner center—the heart. The human heart is both an individual center and a gateway to other dimensions: the physical body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body (a trinity).

This online course is not an intellectual event but an experiential process that includes exchange among all participants. Over approximately nine weeks, a new space opens each week in what we call the “Dome,” featuring new, sequential meditation exercises and texts.
The process is guided by two qualified and experienced teachers, who are available for written exchanges similar to a chat room at any time. The space is also always open for participants to interact with each other.

Every Saturday, there is a one-hour video conference via Zoom for deepening the exercises and for verbal, personal exchange. These video conferences are recorded, so they can be accessed at any time.
The meditations from these conferences are also recorded as audios, allowing participants to practice them later (in case you miss a session), to repeat and use them anytime.

For those who repeatedly take this course, we provide personalized exercises tailored to their individual needs.
