What is the Connecting with Heart Meditation Program?
Connecting with Heart is an exciting program at iamHeart, designed to provide an immersive introduction to Heart Rhythm Meditation (HRM). Within this welcoming community, you’ll embark on a journey of experiential learning alongside supportive teachers and classmates. Together, you’ll cultivate a personal meditation practice and acquire invaluable tools to enhance both your inner resilience and outer resources.
Throughout the program, we prioritize building a solid foundation grounded in sensory awareness and bodily connection. This foundation serves as the bedrock for integrating essential practices and meditation tools, enabling you to forge a deeper connection with the profound power of your heart.

The course begins with an introduction to meditation. Prior to delving into breathwork, it lays the foundation by teaching you with essential elements such as posture and breath awareness. You’ll also learn about setting up a conducive meditation space and connecting with your senses.
Throughout this course, you’ll be immersed in age-old practices honed over the millennia. As you grasp these fundamental concepts, you’ll engage in collaborative exercises, designed to enhance your meditation proficiency and deepening your experiential understanding.Â
Connecting with your body, conscious breath, and heartbeat will be emphasized, paving the way for further exploration into specific techniques like Rhythmic Breath, Full Breath, and Swinging Breath and forming a consistent meditation practice.Â
By the course’s conclusion, you’ll be introduced to the concept of Heart Rate Variability, shedding light on how your breath influences not only your heartbeat but also your overall emotional and physical well-being.
Guided by expert instruction, you’ll assimilate these teachings, integrating them into your practice for holistic well-being and inner balance.
