At iamHeart we have witnessed the profound impact of meditation in opening hearts and unlocking creative potential. Many of our students find joy in expressing their emotions through the beauty of art, music, writing, and movement.

We are excited to announce our upcoming event, “Visions of the Heart,” which is the third installment in our community series dedicated to showcasing heartfelt creative expressions. Join us on June 1st at noon Pacific time as we feature original artwork from several members of the iamHeart community. This is a unique opportunity to explore the visions of their hearts and discover the inspirations behind their creative endeavors. It promises to be an uplifting celebration of the transformative power of love and creativity, so needed in today’s world.

This event will also serve as a fundraiser for iamHeart’s programs and initiatives. “Visions of the Heart” is free and open to everyone, with a suggested donation of $25. Your participation and support will enable us to continue empowering individuals to live from the heart.
