iamU Embarkation 2019
The Embarkation is a 3-day orientation and immersion to experientially introduce iamU. The iamU Graduation Ceremony & Gala are held on the day immediately following Embarkation, which all Embarkees are invited to join us for. There is no program fee for Embarkation, only food and lodging costs (see below for details).
Each iamU Class begins their two-year journey with this group experience. During this retreat-like event, you will meet your classmates and interact with your teachers, creating the spirit of community that will carry you through the two-year program.​
You’ll receive an overview of the program, foundational instruction in Heart Rhythm Meditation, and participate in discussion and setting of intentions and goals for the program.
Since the Embarkation takes place at the end of the 12-day Residency Intensive, you will have the chance to meet the graduating class, as well as the students who are one year ahead.

The Embarkation is led by iamHeart teachers Steve and Kristine Olson, and includes the iamU faculty.
Lodging
The entire Embarkation will be held at:
     Redemptorist Renewal Center
     7101 West Picture Rocks Road
   Tucson, AZ 85743
Accommodations include lodging for 5 nights and 3 prepared meals per day (Commuters will have ONLY lunch and dinner included).​
Embarkation begins on the evening of Tuesday, July 2​3rd at 6pm for dinner. Check-in is anytime after 3pm on the 23rd.​
Check out time is 12pm on Sunday, July 28th. Breakfast is included that morning. There are no activities scheduled on the ​28th; it is a departure date. ​

 Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your enrollment in Embarkation up to one week prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund of your lodging payment. If you cancel with one week of the start date, you will receive a refund of your lodging payment minus a $25 administrative fee. We kindly request that you give 24 notice of cancellation.Â
